Students taking coursework at Maryland Community Colleges can do a transferability review of how courses will transfer to UMBC using ARTSYS: The online Articulation System for Maryland Colleges and Universities. ARTSYS is intended to aid the transfer of students from Maryland community colleges to the University System of Maryland institutions and other participating institutions.

- Select Course Equivalencies.
- Select the desired “Transfer From Institution” community college and “Transfer To Institution” Maryland four-year institution.
- Enter the course number from the community college catalog to find the four-year institution articulation.
