Ordering Online
You may order an official transcript online at the link given below.
UMBC has authorized Parchment Exchange to provide official transcripts in electronic or paper format. The cost for ordering an official transcript is $8.00 for an electronic or paper transcript to be paid by credit or debit card when you place your order. See link to Parchment below.
- Official Electronic/PDF Transcript: This is the fastest transcript delivery option. Official transcripts are delivered within an hour to any e-mail address that you provide.
- EDI (Electronic Data Interface) Transcript: For academic purposes only (ex: graduate school admissions application). EDI transcripts are sent directly to designated recipients (usually admissions offices) at the receiving institution.
- Official Paper Transcript: Paper official transcripts can be sent to a mailing address you have provided or made available for pick-up in the Registrar’s Office. Transcripts are sent through USPS and generally take 5-7 business days to arrive.
