Declaration and Update of Major
Students can declare or update their academic major, minor, and/or certificates with the Registrar’s Office. Once declared or updated, students transcripts and degree audits will reflect the change, and allow students to be assigned to the appropriate academic advising resources. The declaration and update of major form below can be submitted to us electronically as an attachment sent here. If you are declaring a major that requires departmental approval (listed on the form), you should first reach out to your advisor to obtain the required approval. Students and advisors who are unable to complete and scan the form electronically can reach out to us by help ticket for assistance.
Enrollment and Degree Verification
The Registrar’s Office will provide online verification of enrollment and degree by request from a student to provide to a third party. For further information, click here.
